Hi my name is Mike Stennes, I am currently 17 years old and I love the game of golf. Ultimately my goal in life is to be successful. I love many different sports but my all time favorite has to be golf. I started playing golf going into my freshman year of high school. Currently going to my junior year of high school I am shooting the lowest for my team. I have great team chemistry with all my teammates. Also, I choose to do harder classes so that colleges will hopefully one day notice my hard work and dedication. Personally I think I’m one of the best recruits you could ever see, after this golf season I think I’ll be considered a scratch golfer. I go golfing 4-6 times a week, if that doesn’t show dedication I don’t know what does. I’ve gotten lessons from a PGA professional. My academic career has been going very well. I have surprised myself with how my grade have been coming out. It also helps that I’m very organized, and always on top of my school work. Whenever I need help I always ask my teacher, and if that doesn’t work I’ll ask a parent. With my athletics I play 3 different sports for my school, basketball, baseball and golf of course. On top of that I also got inducted into National Honors Society.
