My journey in junior golf started at the age of 14, igniting a profound love for the game. Recognizing the need for continuous improvement, I committed myself to year-round play. Spring and summer saw me on the course daily, from sunrise to sunset, diligently refining my skills. Additionally, I began seeing a private coach to address every area of my game. Even during the off-season, I utilized golf simulators to maintain my edge. Initially, my ambition was to secure a spot on my high school golf team, and I am proud to share that during my freshman year, I achieved the #2 spot on the Varsity team, earning an all-conference award in the gold division.

Participation in Kansas City Junior Golf Association tournaments marked pivotal moments in my sophomore year, which led to earning the #1 spot on the Varsity team. Notably, I received an all-conference award and all-district award during the MO state qualifier, qualifying for the Class 5 state championship. The peak of my junior golf career occurred in the summer of 2023 when I ventured to California for an American Junior Golf Association tournament. This experience, beyond local tournaments, significantly enriched my understanding of the game and stands as a defining accomplishment.

Presently in my junior year of high school, I am honored to have retained the #1 Varsity spot for the second consecutive year. Although golf is individualistic, my appreciation for team dynamics is rooted in the personal growth, camaraderie, mutual support, and the bonds forged within these teams.

My commitment extends beyond the course, with a mindset both on and off the greens. With aspirations to play at the collegiate and professional levels, I am seeking a college environment that supports academic excellence with athletic prowess. I am committed to investing the hours, dedication, and ongoing commitment to refining my game and maintaining good grades. I am eager to contribute to the success of a golf program while realizing my personal goals.
