When I think back, I can't remember a time when golf wasn't a part of my life. I have always loved the game and enjoyed the competition of it, however, my overall love of sports meant balancing it all didn't allow me the time to fully focus on golf. Hockey was my main sport for many years. I loved hockey almost as much as I loved golf and because of this it took me away from golf for a few very important years. After hockey season in my sophomore year, I finally made the decision to direct my efforts and focus on golf for the long run. It was a hard decision but the right one for me. That summer I left my high school to attend The Academy at the Golf Performance Center to further my development and knowledge of the game of golf. I have seen much improvement in my game in this last year as I have been able to put in the time and dedication. My goal is to play Division 1 golf and to compete at the highest level. I am confident that I will continue to improve, both physically and mentally
