Aidan Gavey Swing...Personal Statement
I am a highly motivated team player, with drive and aspirations to become a collegiate golfer. A want to improve my game, and take it to the next level.
I am a team player, and I have 12 years of team experience in multiple sports. Five consecutive years of which were at the highest rep/travel level in ice hockey (AAA). With my ability I have the drive to compete at the highest level, and enjoy competing in tough situations. My aspirations to become a collegiate golfer is to reach my goals and dreams on and off the golf course, and to follow in both my Uncle and Father's footsteps.
As a Canadian, I have the option to exercise the "a gap" year, which would mean 2017 or 2018 eligibility, which am I willing to consider to work on improving my golf game and my academics.
My current academic goal is to complete a general degree in Business, which will give me overall business knowledge until I can determine a major.
