Owen Dzurko '23 Recruiting Profile

I have the heart and dedication for athletics and education to be a collegiate golfer.  Over the years, I played for two hockey teams and golfed all while excelling in academics.  I have been involved in the enrichment / gifted program since the third grade and have excelled in that as well as the hardest AP classes  my school has to offer.

About 9 years ago I found hockey and fell in love with it, the summer after my first hockey season I started golfing and found my true passion.  I played golf for fun until I reached high school.  My sophomore year I joined the golf team and my journey into competitive golf began.  I dedicated this past summer to improving my golf game and fitness level, and set a goal for myself to be the top golfer on my high school team.   I was able to achieve my goal and hope to lead my team to a successful 2022 season.

I am committed to continuous improvement and  plan to work on my game even through the harsh winter in Pennsylvania, all while maintaining my academic excellence.
