Hi, my name is Olivia Shafer. I a currently going to Hempfield Area Highschool and am a sophomore (2021). I primarily have played 1st doubles both years on varsity. I am equally as good at singles, but I work very well with others. I would like to find a school that is equally invested in my education as well as my sport. I always strive to do my best in school and tennis and work significantly hard in both aspects. I belive that I am differant from other athletes because when I make a mistake I always go back and work on the stroke until I’ve enhanced or fixed the problem. Failure comes with everything and can not be avoided so I try and embrace it to make me a better player.
