I’ve been golfing for as long as I can remember. My goal is to receive an education while playing the highest level of golf possible. I believe that I would be a good candidate because I have a great work ethic in the classroom and on the golf course. During my offseason I have put in a lot of hard work in order to be prepared as best as possible for this upcoming golf season. I have been playing tournament golf since I was 11 years old. I have picked up many wins along the way as well, I have played in a lot of big tournaments such as the Canadian Junior Boys National Championship, where I competed as a 15 year old, which made me one of the youngest competitors there. I also had the honor of competing in the Delaet Cup, which is a Ryder Cup style format. They took the top kids from Eastern Canada and Western Canada. I was selected to play on Team West. I also had the opportunity to travel to Australia with the MJT Team Canada and compete in an international tournament there. I have had many wins, but the one that I am most proud of would be the 2016 Junior Men’s Championship were I won by 14 strokes over second place. This past year I finished 3rd in the Golf Saskatchewan U19 Men’s Order of Merit. I also finished 3rd in the Maple Leaf Junior Tour Order of Merit in the Juvenile division. Through all my hard work this offseason I will be a better golfer and hopefully be ranked as the top golfer in Saskatchewan this year.
