Barrett Josey '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been taking this game seriously since I was twelve years old and have practiced just about every day since then.  I have always loved to practice and be in the team atmosphere with my high school. My goal since day one has been to play college golf and I have worked hard to get to where I am and still have a lot of room to shoot lower scores. I love to interact and meet new people whether they are my teammates or not. Golf is a game where you can make connections and that is something I love to do.  I love meeting playing partners and new teammates because I love to interact.  I also love to learn and I love to learn more and more about the game of golf. I know when it is time to listen and when it is time to talk and help.  As I am a junior in high school I am the leader of my high school team and love to help the other guys with their games and how to grow as a golfer. I take my academics very seriously and know that is the most important thing. I am a follower of Christ and am very involved with my church. College golf is something I have always wanted to be apart of and I hope you take interest in me.
