My name is Caleb Kruse. I have been playing golf competitively since 7th grade, however, I have been playing golf with my grandfather and dad since I was 5 years old. I would like to continue to play competitive golf in college. I grew up on a farm in Fredericksburg with many responsibilities, but living on the farm I have had to learned how to discipline and prioritize my time to complete tasks on the farm, practice golf, work at the local golf course, and my schoolwork. I am a hard worker and strive to be the best I can be. I love playing golf and just being out on the golf course improving my game.
Growing up in the agricultural community, I have received a lot of support by my Ag teachers and advisors through FFA. I would like to continue to pass what I have learned to others in the future by becoming a teacher, especially an Ag teacher. I think I would be an asset to any golf program because I want to learn how to improve my golf game, but I also want learn how to be a good teacher to others by learning from other coaches and teachers through their different techniques.
