Dale Thomas '13 Recruiting Profile

My biggest dream I have in my life is to be on the PGA Tour. I know that this is a tough goal to acquire. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill my dream. One of my goals of getting there is to play for a college team. I would love to be at a Division 1 school because of the competition. However in my mind I would be willing to play anywhere at any level. To me it doesn’t matter where I go as long as I’m working and practicing harder than everyone else then I will be where I want to be which is eventually on the Tour. When I tell people what I want to do with my life, which is play golf, they don’t think it is too realistic. I don’t blame them, it’s a tough road to get there but who are they to tell me I can’t or won’t do it. The only person, who can stop me, is me. If I want it to be on Tour then I’m going to get there. I love golf and most sports for that matter. I would say I’m a natural athlete. I played all the sports till I got into high school and then I focused on golf as well as playing basketball and soccer. Winning is important to me, but it is not important enough to cheat or ruin my reputation, my families reputation or even my schools reputation. Educationally I want to get a Masters Degree in Business administration. My dad has owned a small business ever since I was born and I love it. I like all the relationships I’ve had there. I would like to even own it someday or own one of my own businesses. My family and I believe I will be successful wherever I go and whatever I do as long as we put our faith in our savior Jesus Christ. Anything is possible through him and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be on the Tour.
