Jackson Shaver '15 Recruiting Profile

I am an accomplished student in the classroom, carrying a 3.88 GPA throughout high school.  Recently, I was inducted into the National Honors Society, which is an organization that recognizes academic excellence throughout a student's high school career.   I have taken 3 AP courses during my Junior year, I am also enrolled in three more in my senior year.  I am a very hard worker in the classroom and on the course.  Over the last three high school seasons, my scores have dropped by approximately 7 strokes every year.  These results show my dedication to  improvement and how when I set my mind to something, I complete the task.  My dedication to my team and how our team performs each and every week is another quality that allows me to be a great teammate.  I have been playing golf since I was 3 years old, but have only been playing in tournaments for 3 years.  This is due to the fact that when I was younger, I would play a different sport for every season of the year.  I am hoping that through this website, my goal (and dream), of playing collegiate golf, is an attainable one.
