Dominic Jackowski '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dominic Jackowski. I’m. a goaltender from Alberta, Canada. As a goaltender I tend to float just below to edge of my crease allowing my self the extra time to react to shots without sacrificing my position to much. I would judge myself as a butterfly goalie as I like to eliminate the low shots forcing shooters up high where my hands are active looking to knock down those shots my pads can’t. 

Off the ice, i’m a quiet individual usually found watching NHL games studying goalies, studying school work, in the gym, or attempting to cook new dishes i enjoy that benefit my health. On the days where my schedule is free after school I’ll enjoy the time by bonding with my younger sister and talk to her about whatever she wants to chat about.

As a senior on track to graduate this year, and big goal of mine is to graduate with classes that allow me to have a wide variety of options for a career in the future, for a shirt term goal. I want to be able to play for a Div 2 or 1 team that can truly challenge me and make me a better goaltender with every practice.
