Andre Romero '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Andre Romero. Im from Windsor, Colorado. I grew up watching my dad play beer league hockey and I knew from there and there I wanted to play hockey. He grew up playing inline with his friends and only played beer league. I also grew up watching the Colorado Eagles when there were part of the CHL and ECHL. And just seeing the atmosphere and how it inspired me is what I want to do for the next generation. My ultimate goal is to play juniors, college, and some form of professional if the that means here in the states or overseas. I’m a 6’5, 200 lb, Left Hand Defenseman. If I had to describe my game I would say I’m a very good two-way defenseman that can produce offense and make plays happen while also locking down on defense as a defenseman's job. I’m a very hard working and will push myself to be the best I can be. I can also be a very good grinder as in laying the body, block shots, and the little things that will win games. I graduated in the summer of 23 as an early graduate. I am a 2006 and loaded on classes and had the opportunity to graduate early.
