Joseph Holguin '19 Recruiting Profile

My highlight of my high school career is getting All Conference Honorable Mention and being named for the Senior All Star game, and my team also made it to the Colorado High School Frozen Four in the state tournament for the past 3 years in a row. Hockey has really helped me realize how much of a leader I am to people around me and helped my work ethic grow, not just on the ice but in the classroom as well. This sport has given me a chance to do some amazing things like travel, meet, new people and build my character. Although I have had to overcome a lot of obstacles in the past I am happy I found my spot on the Chaparral High School Hockey varsity team.  I would be extremely grateful if I could find a good spot in collage hockey as well not only where I can compete at the highest level possible but also a place where I can grow in the classroom.
