In August of 2022 I joined the 16UAAA Colorado Rampage team in Monument Colorado. I am now playing in the Tier 1 Elite league. I am skating 3 days a week with my team and working out 3 days a week in the gym. Additionally, I am enrolled in the local 365-performance program. This program is ice time two times a day 5 days a week, one in the mornings and one in the afternoon and long with extras work work sessions. I am participating in at least 3 additional skating sessions each week. So far, I have played in Tier 1 events in Boston, St Louis, Omaha and Dallas. I have upcoming events in Rhode island, Phoenix, Detroit, and Blaine MN. Please check out my Elite prospect page for stats. https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/798462/dylan-lamberto

I just submitted my USHL questionnaire for 2023. My goal is to play in the USHL within the next two years.
Updated 6/21/21.
This past year I survived a COVID season with amazing Arizona Bobcat Coaching and teammates. I played 70 games, 50 games with the 14U AAA Arizona bobcats and 20 games with the D1 Desert vista High school team. I attended many showcases and tournaments (MN, TN, IN, CO, AZ, SD, and IL). This Summer I am focusing on my skill development. Stick handling, Strength and agility and skating. I am in the gym 3 days a week and skating 4 days a week. (2 on ice and 2 on roller blades). I committed to play hockey next year with the Wenatchee Wilderness 16U AAA program in Wenatchee Washington. I felt training this close to a JR Program (BCHL- WILD) would benefit me in my development. I am looking forward to my sophomore year by taking more AP courses and strengthening my GPA. I am volunteering this summer with the homeless food relief program in my hometown of Bend, Oregon.

My love of hockey started when I was in 1st grade. Growing up in a small town in Central Oregon roller hockey was my only option and I loved it. I skated every weekend. My parents tried to get me into other sports, but I was hooked on hockey from the beginning. Our town finally built an outdoor ice rink when I was in 5th grade and my love of ice began. My time with my hockey team, traveling, winning, loosing and learning the game has also taught me incredible life lessons. My local ice hockey team was not competitive enough and by the time I was in 7th grade it was time for me to head to a place where I could grow in the sport I love.
In 2019 my parents saw my determination and drive, took me to Arizona to try out for a 13U Tier 1 AAA team. I made the team and was offered a spot after tryouts and I took it. Currently, I am playing my second season for the Arizona Bobcats Tier 1 14U AAA team. This experience of leaving my small hometown and moving to a big city where I knew no one my age has really made me who I am today. I am confident, understand what it means to sacrifice for something, I understand what hard work is and how to overcome obstacles, on the ice, at school and socially. It has been hard on me and my family, but I believe this life experience will make me ready to take on the challenges of greater competition as I move forward.

Although I am just a freshman it is my hope to play at the college level. I am currently just going back to full time school, I have enjoyed being a part of the Desert Vista High School Varsity D1 hockey team, in addition to my AAA team, and I am looking forward to getting more involved with other activities at school. I am open to all options for college but most importantly I want to find a college that is a great fit for me at the highest level of play possible. I want to show the kids in my hometown that you can realize your dreams with hard work and determination and of course make my family proud.
