I Connor McCaffrey, personally want to play the great sport of hockey at the highest level possible. My aspirations are to play junior hockey and do very well, and become a leader on a team. If my aspirations of playing junior hockey don't follow in the right direction. I would like to continue to play at the college level. Personally I would like to attend a school that fits my academic strengths, and a school that plays hockey at the NCAA D1 level or any school that is willing to take me. I am currently playing for the St. Louis Jr. Blues which is located in St. Louis Missouri.
I bring hard work and speed to my game which sets me out from others. I am very respectful to both my teammates and coaches which helps bring team chemistry. Im always looking for ways to build energy for my team whether it's on the ice or off.
I am a hardworking student in the classroom as well as on the ice. Throughout the first 3 and a half years of high school, I have maintained a 4.0+ GPA in the classroom. Many of my teammates and friends pride me on my academic success. I am respectful to my teammates, coaches, and the refs throughout hockey games. I don't let the other team be able to get into my head and cause distractions. I am also very competitive and will do whatever it takes to have a good outcome of a game. I hope that you have taken notice of my personal statement. Thank You.
