Stavros Likourentzos '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, my name is Stavros Likourentzos. I’m a student-athlete just like every other kid using NCSA. I aspire to be the best possible version of myself whether it’s on or off the ice. I do not worry about what everyone else is doing by taking authority and standing out in whatever I do. Being brought up in a family of tough love and passion, I always look to reciprocate the time and energy my parents put into me. Whether that’s being the top of my class or the hardest-working player on the ice. Through this foundation my parents have built for me, I’ve learned to always treat people with respect and I'm an excellent leader in a team setting, as I have been a captain for multiple seasons in my hockey career. My leadership abilities stretch far past the ice as I am taking the initiative in my school. I've cofounded the National Business Honor Society, and the Investors club, as well as participated in several charitable events in the National Science Honor Society this year. I’m certainly not afraid of any challenge as I have taken and thrived in the highest level Honors/AP courses all my academic career and will continue to do so as I strive to make it into a high-level college. I understand what this process demands, and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get to the top. That is what I believe separates me from the rest.
