Many years ago, a learn to skate program introduced hockey to me. Hockey then became one of my passions. I love that I am part of a team. Being part of something bigger than myself is important to me. I constantly challenge myself to reach the next level, on and off the ice. Having a support system that encourages me and teammates who I can motivate are key to me. Having been part of several academic and sport teams, I know a positive attitude and team cohesiveness is also crucial. I have a 4.0 GPA and know education is a essential part of my path to success.
