My love for the game of hockey really hit the high mark when I was accepted into Monsignor McClancy High School. Along with my fellow varsity team mates, we were able to bring the team back to the competitive level, in the CHSHL. Although we could not compete our senior year we were still able to practice throughout the season which made us remember what being a part of team is truly about. Had we gotten the opportunity, with 7 senior players, I believe we could’ve done extremely well our last year. Unfortunately, all other hockey leagues, except the NYC boroughs, Were able to compete. I was fortunate to have a semi season with the NY Aviator Elite Junior Travel team. I have always offered to both my Varsity and travel teams, an exceptional vision and Hockey IQ. I am a versatile team player and always think of the team and outcome as a team, first. Although Covid-19 affected a lot of my 2020 season, I was still fortunate enough to be able to compete at the junior level. Academically, I kept my grades up while attending the USPHL Tampa city hub for 30 days. All with a conflicting game and practice Schedule. I have strived higher to maintain my grade point average. I have a great interest in Criminal Justice and business sports management. Attending several college hockey camps over the years at the mere age of 15 , and attending the USPHL Tampa Hub city in January 2020 has given me the opportunity to play along side, and against , some great players from all over the USA, and to independently keep up my grades and live respectfully, and morally, away from my home. I am aspiring to bring my hockey talent and academic skills to compete at the college level. I am fortunate enough to have received a couple of offers this year, to play ACHA college hockey, with academic scholarships, For The fall of 2021, but being, I feel, with Covid hindering a lot of development last year, the hockey community was forgotten about. I have decided to continue another Season with the NY Aviators , with hope for an NCAA commitment for the Fall of 2022. Please Feel free to follow my progress on this profile. Hockey is more Than a sport. It is a lifestyle. From respect, to team playing, to dedication and hard work. I am proud to wear the name on the back of my jersey, As my parents and family have always been my number one fans, but I’m Even prouder of the name on the front. From the NYC Skyliners bantam team, to the McClancy Crusaders, to the Long Island Sharks, and now my second season with the NY aviators. Win or lose, I always play my best, for my team and the love of The game.
