My plan is to go to college and obtain a business degree. I want to play competetive hockey as well. COVID has really put a damper on my senior year of hockey and I am not ready for it to be over. I have been playing some form of organized hockey since the age of 4. I have played on travel teams for the last 10 years. I am currently captain of my 18UAA team. I am competitive on the ice as well as off the ice. I am active in my community as well. I have volunteered at the local food bank, at my church and for local hockey charity events (Hockey for Hope, Humbolt hockey fund raiser, etc). I also have helped out disabled children learn to skate and play hockey. Unfortunately, with the many challenges that this year has thrown my way a lot of these events are not able to be done. It was a rude awakening when I spoke to my guidance counselor a couple of weeks ago and she told me what my GPA was. I am working VERY hard to get all of my grades into the 90's to finish out my senior year. I do look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
