Hi Coach... I want a career that aligns to my strengths; good with people, respectful, hard working, tenacious. I have grown up in a family of entrepreneurs and business people. I want to Educate myself in this area and either work in the "family" business or start my own. I have had good role models. Teaching also interests me.
I am ready to give 100% to win championships. I am a well rounded Defensemen. I play an offensive game but take care of my defensive responsibilities. I use my physical size but play smart. I put the team first. I am a leader on my team, on and off the ice. I play both the penalty kill and power play. I am a good communicator. I will "out work" everyone.
My high standards, goal setting and work ethic always separates me from others; academically and with athletics. When I arrive at the rink to play hockey, I am ready! I take care of my body and mind equally.
What drives me in hockey drives me in the classroom... to be successful. I apply the same principles in both arenas (no pun intended)! I won the service award at school.
I take an active role volunteering in my community. My recent accomplishment was in Kenya, Africa. I raised money for the education of the Massai Girls and 2 nights before my 10 K race I decided to run the FULL Marathon with my Mother. We crossed the finish line together. I am now a marathoner!
