Personal Statement

I want to play NCAA D1 hockey, but will be happy to play college hockey at any level.  I am a good candidate for your team because I'm not afraid in the net and I don't lose my cool when goals are scored against me.  When goals get scored on me, I take responsibility for them.  I don't blame my teammates.  I'm different from some recruits because I respect my teammates and my coaches.  I've been told that I'm coach-able and they only have to tell me what to fix/correct once.  I also have very good eyesight (20/10),

  • Bryan was one of three goalies recruited to participate in MBX Tier 1 this year. The program prepares young men to play hockey for a New England Prep School next year. The team does not participate in a formal league, but plays top New England Prep School teams every weekend during hockey season. There are daily on and off ice practices during the week.
  • 2020 Loudoun Knights (Upper A/AA)
  • This is the second year for this new Club in Leesburg, VA playing at the ION International Training Center.
  • 2019 Blue Ridge Bears (B)
  • This was a travel tournament team; they played in 4 tournaments and won two of them (Veteran's Cup in D.C. and President's Cup in Pittsburgh); Bryan was the only goalie for the team; he had a total of 6 shut-outs in 4 tournaments; 94% save % for the season.
  • 2019 Hill City Coyotes (Lower A)
  • The Coyotes played in the CHL and finished 3rd out of 5 teams in the division; Bryan was the only goalie for his team; he had 1 shut-out in the season; while they played at Lower A level, that was only because there was no B option in the league; this team was not as skilled as the other team Bryan played for, the Bears, and this really showed in his GAA; his average save percentage was 89%.

By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
