My goals as a college student is to be successful at what I choose to do in life. I would like to obtain a degree in Athletic training, striving to work with other athletes to obtain their goals and health. One of my aspirations is to play Lacrosse in college. I was able to start my freshman year as a long pole defense-man on the varsity team. Being a part of the Lacrosse team and community has taught me discipline, team work, time management and perseverance. My accomplishments during my freshman year were maintaining an above average GPA while participating in multiple sports.
As I have grown up I played multiple sports which include:
I have three younger brothers which gives me the opportunity to help give back to the community by helping run practices with their youth hockey teams as well as their youth lacrosse teams. I am able to teach others the skills that I have acquired throughout my years of athletics. Both of my parents are hockey coaches and very involved in the athletic community, which enhances my social skills to children and adults. I have helped run hockey skating camps with my mother as an instructor teaching all aspects of skating for enhancing hockey play.
I would be an asset to your collegiate Lacrosse team due to the experiences and skills that I have endured throughout my life so far.
