Once I join a team, I strive to improve myself and match my teammates' capabilities. I put in the time to practice lacrosse outside of regularly scheduled practice going over essential skills such as passing and catching so that during training, I can improve other skills and not waste time. I also condition outside of practice and workout with a trainer that gives me a specialized workout for lacrosse. In addition to time put outside of practice, I always strive to better myself. I am a member of the National Honor Society, and I volunteer my time as much as I can. I am also extremely driven as once I establish a goal, I will do everything in my power to achieve it. I am also the same in academics purposely taking as many hard classes as I can to challenge and improve myself.
