My coaches have often told me I am one of the most “Coachable Kids” they have ever worked with. I believe this is simply a trait of wanting to learn more and become the best that I can be. Coaches have also told me that I have a very high lacrosse IQ, solid stick stills and am very respectful. I hold a leadership role on my club team, furthering my goal to be a captain on my high school team by my junior and senior year. My diligence in the classroom will persist throughout my high school career, as illustrated by my yearning to achieve a 3.4 grade point average or higher upon the conclusion of high school.
I have been very fortunate to have had great coaching at my club level. For the past 3 years I have had club coaches that are also local DIII coaches at both North Central College and Benedictine University. These coaches have used their sets and schemes from their college teams, and I was able to learn and adapt to those very quickly. Because of them I can say I have an above average lacrosse IQ for my age.
