Josh Schrader '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a student athlete that lives in York, PA, with two younger brothers and both parents.  I have aspirations of playing at the highest level possible in college and in the years that follow.  I am a hard working individual both in school and on the field who will not only face challenges without fear, but seek them out to better myself.  In the offseason, I workout and train six days a week improve my strength, speed, stick work, agility, and lacrosse IQ.  I am a very competitive person who will refuse to give up in the face of adversity.  I will learn from the adversity and face the challenge better equipped to succeed.  I am an unselfish team player who is willing to do whatever is needed for the teams success.  I trust my teammates unconditionally to do there jobs, just as they trust me.
