My name is Dylan Lange and I attend Urbana High School in Frederick, Maryland, which has a very strong lacrosse program. If you are looking for a team player, leader and hard working student athlete, I'm your player. I have achieved academic highest honors recognition since starting high school and am working to continue to challenge myself by adding honors and AP classes.
On the field, I am a two-way midfielder and attack player with strong lacrosse IQ. For my 2022 season, I started at attack and was one of the top scorers on both my high school's varsity team and club team. I earned All-County second team recognition.
I have been told by my coaches that I am coachable and can take what I hear in the huddle and immediately produce that on the field in a live setting. And, my coaches rely on me and have faith in me to run the man up offensive plays on both my high school varsity team and club team.
To continue to improve my performance, I go to a personal trainer weekly and year round and play box lacrosse in the winter to keep my stick warm. I also volunteer and help coach young lacrosse players and teach lessons. I have helped with a Frederick youth training program and through the Urbana recreational lacrosse program. Additionally, I volunteer at the Frederick Rescue Mission.
