Hello to all possible coaches who are viewing this, my name is Gavin Garay my birthday is 6/2/04 I'm 5'10 weighing at about 220 pounds. Through out most of my athletic career iv'e faced many different adversities that have been able to help me become the man and athlete that i am today. While playing lacrosse i was mainly an outcast due to my race, while being a Hispanic teenager playing a mainly white sport i was like a sore thumb and i always stuck out. Iv'e dealt with a lot of racism and shad during my years but I would never let that affect me negatively, instead i used that positively. I used that negative energy and turned into fuel that made me want to better my self as a young man, and as an athlete. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that i'm a very unique type of player. While playing with teammates i would always want to build a strong chemistry with them so that i know i can trust them on the field, reason for that being i need to be able to trust that your gonna have my back whether its a 1 slide a 2 slide or calling out my man. I'm also a better off as a leader, i use my Lacrosse IQ to think out many possibilities to see where we can possibly build off as a team or as a single person. Thank you for taking your time while reading this and I hope I grab your attention and you see that i am a good fit for your team
