Personal Statement
As a student athlete, I am committed to making my team stronger by being the best teammate I can be, and maintaining a strong balance between athletics and the importance of my academics. I started playing on the high school team as an 8th grader and had the opportunity to be coached and mentored by some very successful coaches and players. I was not discouraged by the fact that I didn’t become the starting varsity goalie for my high school until my junior year, because I was able to gain tremendous experience by training with a goalie who won back to back state tournaments.
I hope to pursue a degree in Finance or Business and intend to play college lacrosse.

- For the past two summers, I have participated in an off-season hockey and strength program with daily on-ice training for 90 min and strength training or yoga for 1 hour. I also attend twice weekly goalie training clinics at the Team36 facility in Bloomington, MN and participated in an elite goalie clinic for TCM Lacrosse in 2018 and 2019.

- I just finished my 2nd and final year of Bantam hockey where I was the Team Captain. I played on the Bantam B1 and we won the district tournament, the regional tournament, and placed 3rd overall at the state tournament in March 2019.
