Hello, my name is Ryan Swanson and I am very interested in possibly continuing to play the sport of Lacrosse at the college level. I have been playing lacrosse since I was in fourth grade and I fell in love. My older brother also plays lacrosse so I really had someone to look up to and emulate when I was really young. I have been a 3 sport athlete in lacrosse, football and basketball since the fourth grade as well. I played with the Resolute Cincinnati Elite travel team last summer and attended 3 tournaments. I have already been choosen to the new club here in Ohio called SOUL (Southern Ohio United Lacrosse) for this 2022/2023 season. This club was established from the ex-director of the Cincinnati Resolute team and they were very selective on team selections for their inaugural season. This club will be training/tournaments in fall, winter and summer. I am very excited to see where this new challenge takes me. I have earned the starting right midfielder on the Varsity roster on Centerville high School’s lacrosse team as a freshman. Centerville is a Division 1 High School in Ohio so we play a very stacked schedule, playing some of the best teams in Ohio. I play as a left handed midfielder as well as attack position. I am known as a very strong athlete, very strong in academics and a true leader on and off of the field. I hope that I get a chance to talk to you soon
