Lucas Yaniro '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lucas Yaniro and I play lacrosse for Hempfield Area High school in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. This past season I lettered as a freshman. In addition, I play club lacrosse for Ultimate Lacrosse Pittsburgh. My graduation year is 2022. My position is attack and I’m a very passionate, I’m a hard worker, and a coachable player. In addition to this, I’m a leader and team player and always try to help my teammates in any way I can on the field and off the field. I’m dedicated to the sport of lacrosse and my goals are to play at the highest level of lacrosse in college. While I’m very dedicated to lacrosse, I’m also very dedicated to my academics. I take all honors courses and finished with a 4.0 GPA this past school year. I plan on majoring in business or sports business in college. I’m a great fit for a team that is looking for a dedicated and hard working players that also take academics very seriously.
