Robert Wagner '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Robert Wagner and I am currently attending Marple Newtown High School as a Junior; class of 2023. I grew up playing soccer, basketball, and baseball, but lost interest in them when I fell in love with lacrosse in 7th grade. Of my 5 years of lacrosse experience, 3 of those have been spent on the varsity squad at my school. 

My main position has been defensive midfielder, but as of junior year off-season I have been working hard to earn a spot on the offensive line up in the upcoming 2022 season. I’m a hardworking athlete on and off the field, working out everyday to become stronger. 

I strive to be respectful to my coaches and teammates, and am always willing to expand my lacrosse knowledge and skill through their criticism and tips, making me an easy athlete to coach. I never allow my grades to lack and always make a strong academic effort with a 3.7 Core GPA/ 3.9 Weighted GPA. 

I would love to play against the next level of competition in college and work hard every day to achieve that goal.
