I started my track career in 8th grade and I immediately fell in love with it. The one thing that really got me to love track was that my older brother did it, so as a typical younger brother, I had to fill his shoes. I happily accepted the challenge and started practicing, and the faster I got the more I wanted to run. I like to set hard goals for myself just so I have something that pushes me to run hard, plus there is no better feeling than looking at your times after your race and seeing that you reached your goal. I would love to continue running in college because I enjoy running a lot and I want to be a better athlete.
