Some of my goals are to always become better at what I love; Lacrosse and accounting. I believe I would be a good candidate because no matter whom the team is, no matter what’s going on in my life or on the team I come out and play the best game I can while also choosing a part of my game I can improve on. I like to have fun and believe to succeed; fun and hard work is required but there is always a time during lacrosse and school when seriousness is required and also expected. I have learned a lot from my current team about how attitudes can change the outcome of a game, a season, and even a team as a whole. Although my team hasn’t done as well as we would have liked, I believe that I as an individual have improved from the experience on and off the lacrosse field. While Lacrosse is an important part of my life, so is my education.
I am currently pursuing accounting by taking classes in school and plan on going to college for a degree in accounting. I am working at a small accounting firm as an accounting assistant intern for the summer.
As a Lacrosse player my main position is goalie but over my many years of playing I have had experience playing every position. When starting at high school I started varsity goalie 9th and 10th grade. For summer league I played for Fierce Nation as a goalie but also stepped on defense when needed. Over the summer I have also practiced my stick skills to help me play any position effectively.
