Colton Geurink '22 Recruiting Profile

One quote that I live by was spoken by Tim Notke it is ¨Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.¨ I live by this statement every day in all my athletics that includes football, wrestling, weightlifting, and last but not least, lacrosse. I am told by my coaches that I have a great work ethic and am athletically talented I was blessed to make the varsity teams in lacrosse and wrestling my freshman year and then added varsity football my sophomore year. During every sport season I continue to lift at least four times each week; often after practice with other dedicated buddies. Although I am very passionate about all my sports I have found out through the years how much I love the game of lacrosse and that I would like to play it after high school.

I strive to be very teachable, make it my goal to be the hardest worker on the field while trying to be a great team player. I love my teammates! I set goals to be the best athlete I can be as well as to exceed everyone's expectations.
