Hello, my name is Francis Lau and I go to Cranbrook Kingswood School and graduate on 2024. I love rowing and a willing to dedicate myself to row for all 4 seasons even though my school only does 2 season. Every year I am averaging 40 second drop in 2k time. I'm always improving and from my experiences from outside summer varsity programs like Oakland Strokes, I can help lead my current athletes with my experience. I want to see my team improve whether it's through motivating team mates to do voluntary erg workouts or inviting friends to join rowing. In addition to this time consuming sport, I also strive for extreme academic rigor.
