I currently row port side for the St. Louis Rowing Club. I have a strong family history of rowing, and have loved it since I first stepped into a boat. I know that rowing in college would be an amazing opportunity for me.
I take direction well, and am very coachable. I am one of the hardest working rowers you'll find, never missing a practice and always going the extra mile to see constant improvement. For example, from the spring of 2022 to 2023, I dropped 35 seconds off my 2k time and over 2 minutes off my 5k time. And I do not plan to stop there. I will continue to improve these times for fall of 2023.
In the classroom, I have been a part of the gifted and advanced learning programs since the age of 4, take multiple AP and Advanced classes while maintaining a 3.93 GPA.
I plan to attend a school where I can continue to challenge myself & excel both in the classroom and in the boat. I am open to any and all options, so ultimately I can find the right school for my future. I aim to become a great role model for my peers, and make my parents proud.
