I started rowing when I was at 6th grade during summer camp. Since then I have been rowing for Niskayuna Rowing at Mohawk River.
Before rowing I tried many other team sports such as baseball, soccer and taekwondo. Rowing is different than the other team sports because it is truly a team event. A boat can go as efficiently as its weakest rower, and that makes it a true team sport.
