Ethan Comer Class...Personal Statement
What I like most about rowing is the skills and character you develop away from the water. When I first started rowing, I found myself in a community that accepted me for who I was and was willing to work with me to better myself. I also learned how to manage my time with school and rowing properly, work harder, be a better leader, and most importantly, support my teammates. These skills are what I want to further develop at the collegiate level and hopefully bring a change to your team.

- Member of this club since the summer of 2020. I have competed with this club every season since except the fall of 2020 due to covid. At this club I have rowed only sculling in singles, doubles, and quads.
- 2019 Greensboro Crew (JV)
- First club I rowed at and introduced me to the sport. I swept primarily in eights and fours at this club.
