I have just recently started rowing in December and immediately loved it. I have so far done a 2k twice lowering my time by 16 seconds between the two. I am very committed to rowing and am very interested in rowing in college. Out of the water, I am a very avid student who is invested in STEM coursework and advancing my studies in any way I can. As a student who manages an instrument, volunteering, an internship, and many advanced classes, I understand how to manage my time in order to excel in everything I can. With these extracurriculars, I have also learned to be competitive and focused on my goals. While new at rowing, I am determined and making great progress to becoming the best lightweight rower I can be.
