I stand at 6'3 210 pounds at 15% body fat. I participated in football, wrestling, throwing, and weightlifting, all at a varsity level. At the time I'm writing this I am in my wrestling season which means I am wrestling for two hours a day, then lifting weights for two hours a day. This shows that I work hard for four hours a day six days a week and love it. I am new to rowing and a while ago I heard about rowing and decided to give it a try. I tried the rowing machine and after my fifth time with no instructions or help with technique got a 2k erg 7:10. I think that I have room to grow both physically and in rowing and just need a coach to invest their time in me.
