Logan Kuechler '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been passionate about soccer since I was born!  I started playing with a team at age 4, and haven't stopped.  I currently play with my club, Valparaiso United Futbol Club.  I am an exceptionally versatile player with the ability to play left/right midfield, left/right back and striker.  In my player evaluations, my coach has praised me for my technical abilities to read the play and my ability to quickly execute for success.

I attend a very academically challenging school, Cicero Preparatory Academy.  A Great Hearts education transforms students into leaders prepared for the 21st century, by teaching the skills necessary for success: the ability to innovate through creativity, the ability to communicate clearly, the ability to apply critical thought through analysis and questioning the world around us, and through building virtue and character in order to demonstrate ethical judgment and integrity.  I chose to attend this school to focus on making sure I am a well-rounded person.

Outside of school and sports, I volunteer with several animal shelters in serving as a foster family.  

My goal is to play division 1 soccer and obtain a degree in business.
