As a transplant from Sierra Leone West Africa, I have embraced every opportunity afforded to me. My love for soccer has propelled me to seek more competitive areas to play. My goal is to play soccer at the highest level possible. My experienced in Sierra Leone, including the loss of my mother, have motived me to also pursue a career in medicine. I understand the dedication it takes to be a student-athlete but I’m definitely willing to put in the work. As I have come to realize, I made this decision years ago that will demand lots of time, discipline, along with financial commitment. Aspirations for me in college as a student and an athlete are both opportunities for me to show; how I strive for the best.
