I started playing soccer at 4, at first I played on a recreational team but by 1st grade, I had tried out and made it onto my first competitive team. By the time I was in 3rd grade I had the opportunity of being moved up onto the 2005 team (I was born in 2006). I learned so much playing against older, more experienced players, and that helped me grow and improve. As soon as I made it to high school I got the opportunity to play every minute of every game for Varsity boys soccer as a freshman and sophomore. Along the way, I've had countless coaches and mentors who have shaped me into the player I am today. I believe that since I started playing, I've always remained open to learning and improving every day, I think a great attribute that I have has been being very coachable, I respect and value every coach I have and I am always listening to their pointers. I hope to someday play in college and professionally, and one day I hope to coach younger players and inspire them to stay with this beautiful game.
Academically, I've always focused hard on school. I'm currently in my senior year of high school, and I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. In the classroom, I am very respectful of all my teachers and classmates. I also like to push myself in school, taking I am taking 7 AP classes. I think working hard in the classroom is just as important as working hard on the pitch.
