College is my next building block towards success. Business and technology are the areas of focus I want to explore towards achieving my degree. The key parts of who I am are organization and patience.  Smart soccer is my thing and I have been both team captain and MVP because of my composure, leadership and competitive drive on the field. Teamwork is what makes a good game and I want to contribute with my strengths of vision and sharing the ball in the midfield. I've had more tough seasons than first place finishes which tested my commitment and taught me resilience. Over time I've become a better teammate by playing different positions and adapting to different styles and competition.

Our family is originally from Ethiopia and we live in Oxnard, CA. My family experience and diversity in culture are a great part of my life. My goals are to compete, graduate and achieve at a high level in both school and soccer. I want to bring my background and potential to a program that offers a great learning environment towards becoming a better person. I look forward to finding my next steps and am excited for the future.
