My goal as a student athlete in college is to be able to find a fit where the school is not only challenging my soccer abilities and helping to make me a better player but also challenging my academic skills in order to make me a smarter and more informed individual. I really do have a love for the game and I would want to play at the highest level possible as long as it fits my academic standards. I believe I am a good candidate to play in college as I have a strong work ethic and I am willing to make sacrifices in order to improve my game. I also consider myself a leader as I was nominated and selected by coaches from both my club team and high school team as a captain. Lastly, what I believe what sets myself apart from other recruits is my work ethic on the field and in the classroom, my stamina and fitness from doing years of cross-country/track, and my vision and ability to read the game. I believe my work ethic sets me aside from other recruits as it is hard to excel both on the field and off the field. Next I believe my experience of cross country and track sets me aside from other recruits as I am one of the fittest players on both my club and high school team. Finally, I believe my vision and ability to read the game sets me aside from other recruits as being able to know what you are going to do before you get the ball makes a big difference at the next level.
