I am Milo Kiddugavu and will graduate from Harvard-Westlake High School in Studio City (Los Angeles), California in June 2022. I have an adaptable personality and am always eager to learn from my surroundings.
Soccer has been a key contributor to the skills I have learned in life, both on and off the pitch, for as long as I can remember. Football (soccer) is the national sport of Uganda, where I lived until I was three and where I was introduced to the sport that has since shaped the structure of my life and schedule. I have had the privilege of playing with some exceptional clubs in the United States, where I started club-level soccer competition in Baltimore, Maryland at age nine, with Pipeline Soccer Club. Following my move to Southern California in late 2013, I began playing with San Diego Surf Soccer Club. In 2016, I moved to Albion Soccer Club's U.S. Soccer Development Academy (DA) where I played until mid-2019 when my family moved to Los Angeles. Despite Los Angeles being especially hard hit by COVID-19, I've had two successful seasons with the Harvard-Westlake Varsity Soccer Team and have just started playing with FC England Soccer Club.
It is my strong hope to play intercollegiate soccer during college. Additionally, I am passionate about being part of a competitive academic program where I can simultaneously represent my school as a student-athlete and also expand my mind through rigorous education, community involvement and development of life skills for handling challenges I face in the future.
