Personal Statement

My name is Aidan Hyde. I am extremely passionate about soccer. I have great ideals that make me a very coachable athlete. I never give up, take criticism and try to improve based on it, and I also have a growth mindset. I am very dependable and responsible. I have two younger brothers so it is always up to me to help them and help my mom as she is a single mother. I also only have vision in one eye. I had cancer when I was a baby and have only known life with one eye. This however, has not hindered my ability in any aspects of my life. If anything, it has made me who I am today. Know that I will always try my best and will work as hard as possible in academics as well as soccer. I will perceiver through all challenges and I am not afraid to fail. Thanks for your time!
