I have been playing soccer since I was three and have been playing club since I was nine. I started playing high school soccer last year and my team got knocked out in the first round. This gave me hunger to help me team make it to state finals. This year, my team did make it to state but we unfortunately lost in the final round, which has still has me hunger for a state championship and to play on a college level.
My junior year has proven to be a difficult one, first I took my first AP classes this year, second I was working on my Eagle Scout Project and finally I didn't initially start on my high school team. Not starting was a big blow to me, especially because I thought I should be starting, but I worked very hard and right before playoffs I got moved up and we went to state. Having to work harder than I've ever had to, taught me a lot this year and has greatly developed my character.
