I didn't start playing travel/club soccer until my freshman year of high school which makes me different than most players. I was always active playing 3-4 different sports throughout my childhood and teen years, so I didn't have time to narrow down to one sport. Ever since I focused on soccer, I have been improving every season and feel my best soccer is ahead of me. My freshman year I earned Player of the Year and was one of four sophomores to make the JV1 team in a very competitive H.S. program (IL. 3A-Top 10). My junior year I switched from attacking midfield to left back and started every game as I continue to grow as a player. My parents and coaches have always told me that academics are more important than athletics and I take that seriously. I focus a lot on school, but I find a good balance between school and soccer. Overall I think I am a unique and athletic player and look forward to playing at the collegiate level.
